The item must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date of receiving the item, as shown on the tracking.
The item must be in it's original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition.
Please include a note about why you are returning the item, your seller id, and transaction number.
Return it in the original box it came in or a similar one with good protection.
You may choose a carrier of your choice and are responsible for return shipping charges. If it is a book, movie, or software I recommend USPS Media Media since it's usually cheapest.
If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours of my receiving the return

Damaged or defective item

Sometimes discs are bad, shipping damage occurs, or discs are missing. In cases such as these there is a different return policy:

The item must be postmarked no more than 30 days from the date of receiving the item, as shown on the tracking.
Please include a note with your seller id, transaction number, what the problem is and how you would like it resolved.
Return it in the original box it came in or a similar one with good protection. If there is a problem with one disc, just return that one disc.
You may choose a carrier of your choice. I will refund your shipping charges at the rate of the cheapest method. So if you return it Priority Mail, that's fine, but I will only refund you for the Media Mail cost.
Depending on the circumstance, I will work with you and your preference of a replacement or refund, but in the end it's up to me to decide based on my current inventory and my replacement cost.

I offer optional insurance and, unfortunately, I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment if uninsured.

If you want your item by a certain time, I recommend Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days and is available at a discount price on this listing.

There is no address restriction. I ship worldwide to any address, including military. Military addresses are considered U.S. addresses and will ship for free, but I recommend Priority so it doesn't take forever.

I will include USPS tracking for free. You will receive an email to your Paypal email address when I print the label. If you don't receive the email, you may also get the tracking on the Order Details page. Please note that USPS tracking is only updated every evening and doesn't show much activity. It will often show that the label was printed and then maybe one other action before it is delivered so don't worry if it seems like I didn't mail it or that it's not moving. I always mail it the same or next day after printing the label, depending on the time of day. I often put a bunch of mail out for my mailman and then my husband goes to the post office at the end of the day.

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
