Shipping

We try hard to mail within one business day of payment.  All orders including free tracking sent to you in an email when your order ships.  At this time, we only ship to the U.S.

All orders under 13 oz (about 4 single DVDs) are shipped for free via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail (2-5 business days).  You may also pay $3 an upgrade to U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for $3.

All orders over 13 oz are shipped our choice of either Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or UPS (2-5 business days).  If you prefer Priority Mail, just pay the $3 for shipping. 

Returns

I strive to exceed your expectations but I understand that sometimes you need to return an item. Here are the guidelines to return an item:

Buyer's Remorse

  • The item must be postmarked no more than 30 days from the date of receiving the item, as shown on the tracking.
  • The item must be in it's original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition.
  • Please include a note about why you are returning the item, your seller id, and transaction number.
  • Return it in the original box it came in or a similar one with good protection.
  • You may choose a carrier of your choice and are responsible for return shipping charges. If it is a book, movie, or software I recommend USPS Media Media since it's usually cheapest.
  • If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours of my receiving the return

Damaged or defective item

Sometimes discs are bad, shipping damage occurs, or discs are missing. Please make sure it really is defective before you return it; clean it with a soft cloth and make sure there are no finger prints, smears, dust, etc.. Please replay the bad spot and make sure it does it again because sometimes the DVD player just has a one-time problem with discs. If that still doesn't work, please try playing it in another DVD player, if possible. If you still have a problem, there is a different return policy than above:

  • The item must be postmarked no more than 30 days from the date of receiving the item, as shown on the tracking.
  • Please include a note with your invoice number, what the problem is and how you would like it resolved.
  • Return it in the original box it came in or a similar one with good protection. If there is a problem with one disc, just return that one disc.
  • You may choose a carrier of your choice. I will refund your shipping charges at the rate of the cheapest method. So if you return it Priority Mail, that's fine, but I will only refund you for the Media Mail cost.
  • Depending on the circumstance, I will work with you and your preference of a replacement or refund, but in the end it's up to me to decide based on my current inventory and my replacement cost.
  • If there is a problem with one disc, just return that one disc.
  • You may choose a carrier of your choice. I will refund your shipping charges at the rate of the cheapest method. So if you return it Priority Mail, that's fine, but I will only refund you for the Media Mail cost.
  • Depending on the circumstance, I will work with you and your preference of a replacement or refund, but in the end it's up to me to decide based on my current inventory and my replacement cost.
