While on a visit to my family, I was bullied into watching this in theaters, even though I did not want to. The title makes it sound like a chore to watch. Do not let that fool you, this movie is excellent, so excellent in fact, that I ended up buying it. The story is very touching and mature, and it is a great message for slightly older kids. Oh, and the 3d was possibly better than Avatar (yes, I said it). |

This movie inspired my son to have a viking/dragon birthday party. We are really hoping that there will be a squeal as we really got attached to the diverse cast of characters. It was full of laughs and fun and it was nice to see a movie about incorrect perceptions. Dragons are one of their favorite things thanks to this great movie! |
