This was a terrific movie and probably now one of my favorites. For those who have not seen this movie, PLEASE get this for your child! What a heartwarming tale of a boy who decided that things are not always what they seem. If you give someone a chance they might just surprise you. Hiccup is the main character in this story and he teaches that not all creatures are bad and that not everything needs to be solved through violence. Something our kids today need to be reminded of. I was very pleased with this movie and I hope that my son will love it as much as I did.

This is a great twist on a classic father and son tale. The animation is great and the voice work is particularly well cone. Craig Ferguson is funny as always and Gerard Butler does an excellent job voicing the father.
