Mommy Bear's Review for 30 Day Shred
There are three levels of workouts, each about 27 minutes long or so. They are all different and get progressively different. There is a short warm-up, two minutes of strength, two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs. You repeat this three times and then have a short coo down.
Pros & Cons
The cons are that it's annoying to listen to her say the same things over and over and her weird "jokes", etc. and the music is low and boring. So, what I do to off-set that is turn on my favorite TV show or movie on my computer while 30 Day Shred plays on the TV. I turn down the 30 Day Shred just enough that I can hear her say when to start or stop something and then it makes the time go by faster and I get "rewarded" and more motivated to watch it since I get to watch a "Mommy" show. I have used this off and on for several years now. Whenever I eat right and do everything else to lose weight, including walking or my elliptical machine, I don't lose any or very little weight but every time I do this at least every three days, the weight starts coming off. If you haven't exercised in a while, you will be sore but it is possible to get a decent workout in a short amount of time since you often combine several moves at the same time. I especially like how it strengthens my back and core. I highly recommend giving this a try, especially for such a low price.
