The comeraderie between these two (not so talented) outlaws (Newman and Redford) is brilliant and humorous. However, there is a scene in which Redford "forces" (it's a joke, really, but that's not immediately obvious) his fiance to strip at gunpoint and the ending is fitting, but very sad, though not explicit.
